You have the amazing ability to tell yourself, "With every breath I take, I am breathing in courage."

Realize that oxygen is a gift to you from the Creator, as is the capacity to take the oxygen into your lungs and from there have it sent to all the cells of your body. This is a magnificent and brilliant system.
